A Colfax, WI homeowner noticed their front steps were significantly uneven. Worried this could become a serious issue, the homeowner began looking into "poly concrete lifting near me". One of the first companies to catch their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our services. Impressed with our eye-catching before and afters, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ross. A few days later, Ross traveled to the home and began his thorough inspection. During his walk-through, Ross found that several slabs were sinking due to settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Ross recommended lifting and leveling the slabs back into place with PolyLevel. After hearing the benefits of PolyLevel, the homeowner knew this was their best option. Once they received the green light from the homeowner, Ross passed the proposal to our Logsitics team to build and schedule the project. Once our Logistics team had built and scheduled the project, it was assigned to our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew. Dylon and his crew traveled to the home and started by installing PolyLevel. First, the crew began by lifting the stairs and walkway back to their original position. Once the sidewalk was lifted, the crew shifted to filling the cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homewoner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to provide their homeowners peace of mind knowing their sidewalk is lifted and secured.
Cracked Garage Floor Repaired in Eleva, WI
Barbara G. in Eleva, WI was unhappy with her uneven and cracked garage floor. She wanted it completely level and to have the cracks sealed. After researching concrete repair contractors and receiving estimates, she decided to have American Waterworks repair her concrete.
Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete to inject a polymer foam called PolyLevel. Once the foam is injected into the concrete, the foam expands and raises it. Uneven Concrete Sidewalk Lifted in Chaseburg, WI
A Chaseburg, WI, homeowner had noticed his concrete sidewalk sinking over the years. He didn't want the issue to persist and didn't care to spend money replacing the entire sidewalk, so he began to look into concrete repair WI. When he found our website, he signed up for his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Ross J, one of our Design Specialists, was headed out to the home.
Ross got right to work assessing the concrete, and when he finished, he informed the homeowner that we could address the issue with the help of our PolyLevel injection. Ross explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the sunken concrete back to its desired location. Ross went on to say that he wanted to protect the lift using our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets installed to the cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and serves as a barrier against moisture. The homeowner liked the sound of Ross's plan, so he scheduled his job on the spot.
On the day of the installation, Sam K, one of our Foremen, completed the lift and seal with no issues. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing his concrete is level!
