Keith L. had his home inspector out to his house to examine his foundation walls. The inspector said he noticed that Keith's walls were bowing and shifting. He knew of someone who also worked with American Waterworks, so he called our office and requested a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Dylan. Dylan went to Keith's home, inspected his foundation wall, and proposed our Wall Anchor System, which is a rod-anchor installation. Keith was confident in the proposal, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his crew installed five of our wall anchors against the foundation wall to repair and stabilize the bowed wall. Donald D. in Spring Valley, MN had a bowing foundation wall in his basement and decided it was time to have it looked at by a professional to try and prevent any further damage. Shannon G. in Oronoco, MN had a large crack in the foundation wall on the back of his garage. He knew that he would be taking a large risk if he chose to wait to repair his foundation, because it could fail at any time, and become a much larger expense. He started researching foundation repair companies when he saw an advertisement for American Waterworks. Our crew installed 4 wall anchors from the outside of his garage into the soil underneath the concrete in the garage. They drilled long rods through the brick until they hit supportive soil. They removed the concrete in the garage where they would need to put on the plates for the anchors. They installed the plates on either end of the rod and tightened the anchors. Lastly, they replaced the concrete and cleaned up their work area. The anchors secure and stabilize the wall. They continue to straighten the walls and can be tightened over time as the wall gradually moves back into place.
