We sent one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, to evaluate the situation and propose a unique solution for her home. 

Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production crew installed 7 CarbonArmor straps along the foundation to reinforce the bowing wall. The CarbonArmor system utilizes epoxy and carbon fiber straps to strengthen and stabilize the foundation. Karen was impressed with the quick installation, and her peace of mind has been restored! 

A Pine Island, MN, homeowner was doing laundry when she noticed a large crack in her foundation, running the length of the basement. Upon further investigation, she found that the wall was compromised in several areas. Not wanting the issue to worsen, she began searching for a reputable foundation company in Pine Island, MN. A homeowner in Stewartville, MN called us with concerns about her bowing basement wall. Our PowerBraces can be tightened over time by the homeowner to ensure the system is sticking to its design. They also provide a clean appearance to the basement, they are coated with zinc so they don't attract rust, and there is very minimal disruption to the basement space. Dirk was thrilled with the work and project completion!

Roger R. in Hastings, MN was experiencing cracks in the concrete slabs of his garage and two corners of his garage had started sinking. He also noticed a stair step like crack on the outside of his garage foundation wall. He realized it was time to get a professional to inspect the situation and go over what his options were. One of our Design Specialists, Mac Cole, went onsite to give Roger a free estimate. Mac discovered that his entire garage had started sinking and recommended that we install piers around the perimeter of his garage and wall anchors on the external side wall of the garage to secure the foundation. Roger knew how costly replacing the entire foundation could be, so he was glad to find a solution that would permanently repair the foundation.

Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his crew installed 15 piers underneath the foundation of the home and 4 wall anchors on the external wall to ensure that the foundation would be fully supported and permanently stabilized.
