This Duluth, MN customer called DBS looking for a quote to fix a small gap around the perimeter of his basement foundation. Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo visited with this customer and did a thorough inspection of the basement. This house was in need of a new drain tile. There was standing water in the basement and the old drain tile was not effectively draining water away from the footing of the home.
