The owner of this home in Boyd, WI reached out to DBS looking for a permanent solution to their unstable basement foundation and walls.

One of our Design Specialists went out to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist quoted our PowerBrace® System.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed PowerBrace® i-beams along the walls of the basement. The system will prevent further bowing or new cracks from developing.
Now that the basement has been permanently stabilized, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind.

Insulating around objects that should not be moved is never an easy task, but the team at DBS Residential Solutions has gotten great at using spray foam insulation to properly insulate and air seal a home while working around various obstacles. Upon inspection, he found that the east foundation wall needed some additional support to stabilize the wall. He concluded that the best way to do this would be through the use of our PowerBrace system. The homeowner was relieved that there was a sure fix to this problem. A homeowner in Eveleth, MN was looking to have their garage better insulated, and reached out to DBS for some help. After a visit from a Design Specialist, it was determined that the perimeter of the garage would need to have spray foam insulation installed to keep the garage better heated and more energy-efficient. Spray foam insulation works wonders in insulating homes where there may be cold and drafty air. The results of this project turned out great, and the homeowner can now enjoy a more warm and comfortable garage area.
