This Duluth, MN customer called DBS looking for a quote to fix a small gap around the perimeter of his basement foundation. Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo visited with this customer and did a thorough inspection of the basement. Upon the inspection, Henrik concluded that the best quality solution to this problem was to use our NexusPro joint sealant product. This house was in need of a new drain tile. There was standing water in the basement and the old drain tile was not effectively draining water away from the footing of the home.
