This customer had dreams of finishing her basement to move her bedroom down there. Before starting that process she noticed some cracks in the foundation and was concerned that it could become a problem in the future. Our team came in and installed our CarbonArmor wall repair system to the bowing walls, ensuring that the walls will not move in any further. We then installed WaterGuard and CleanSpace to capture the water and remove it from the home using a sump pump. This will protect any finishing she does in the basement from water damage. 

This homeowner was worried about possible foundation issues but wasn't sure what exactly was going on. After inspecting the property, we discovered that he was having settlement issues in one corner of the home and was also dealing with downspouts that weren't directing water far enough from the foundation. We solved this dilemma by installing push piers, which stabilize the foundation. We also buried and extended the downspouts to help keep water far from the foundation. 

Crumbling concrete support blocks were endangering the floor and foundation of this home, and this homeowner needed a solution installed quickly. After performing a thorough inspection of the homes crawl space, we proposed our SmartJack system to restore stability to the home and lift the floors back to their original position. 

The current supports for this home are cinder blocks that are breaking and offer little to no support as the floor began to fall down. They called Thrasher to come out to replace the old support structures with new. We used a smart jack 350 system to stabilize the home and lift the failing floor back up to its original position. 
 

Gerald H. recently moved into his home in last year. He was aware that there could be possible problems with the foundation. He started to notice that the hallway floor from the garage was starting to become uneven the door was not longer closing properly. Ready to learn about foundation repair solutions, he gave us a call.

System Design Specialist Elliot Moles went out to Gerald’s home. He was able to see that the floors were uneven, and the door was sticking and came up with the solution of installing Push Piers. We installed three Push Piers to lift the hallway and bring the floors back to level. Gerald was extremely thrilled to have the floors level and didn’t realize how much of an impact this would have on his home.
