This homeowner in Sandown, New Hampshire had noticed a vertical crack in their foundation that shows on the inside and outside of their foundation. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese inspected the interior and exterior of the home. Kenny inspected the crack. Kenny recommended installing Push Piers and PolyLevel.

Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his team installed 6 Push Piers. Two Push Piers around the crack and 2 more on either side of the chimney. 

This homeowner in Burlington, Massachusetts was experiencing a slab sinking under their 2nd-floor addition. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

A design specialist arrived at the home and inspected the addition and the slab underneath. The design specialist confirmed that the slab had sunk and the supports would need to be replaced. The specialist recommended that the homeowner should replace the supports with EZ Posts.

As these front granite steps sunk, the pulled the portico structure away from the main home. Not only was the step getting lower, but the settlement action was doing damage to other sections of the home.

This homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts had an issue with their floor sloping. The floor had always been that way for the homeowner. They plan to sell the home soon and decided to fix the sloping on the floor. So they called Erickson Foundation Supportworks for help. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home to inspect the sloping floors. He suggested the floors be repaired by using SmartJacks. The homeowner confirmed that they would like to fix the issue before selling the home. Soon after Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team arrived at the home to install the SmartJacks into the basement to permanently repair the slope in the floor.

This homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts was about to begin renovations of their home. Before they began, they needed the floors to be level. They called Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection. 

A Design Specialist came to the home and inspected the basement to see what they could do to level the floors for the renovation. The Design Specialist proposed installing SmartJacks under the main support beams to strengthen the floors for the renovations.
