The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist recommended installing SmartJacks to the floor system to eliminate the sag in the floors. Our Installation Team installed 13 SmartJacks to the floor system from the basement to strengthen the floor system and eliminate the sag.

The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their foundation to see what they could do. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and inspected the inside and outside of the foundation. We recommended installing 157 sqft of SentrySeal to the exterior foundation wall. This will prevent water from seeping through the foundation wall into the basement.  

Older home with a fieldstone foundation. The lally columns and brick posts were failing and settling over the years, and so the homeowner was looking for a permanent solution to fix the problem. Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed several SmartJacks throughout the basement area, which was all dirt floor. The homeowners old sumppump was also replaced and upgraded.
