Dear Sir or Madam: The purpose of this letter is to express my gratitude and personal observations: * Employees introduced themselves, followed by an overview of the work that was to be completed in the cellar. * The house was protected from soiling by placing protective coverings on the floors and stairs. The side entrance was used even though this caused extremely heavy materials to be moved a longer distance so as not to go through living area. * Employees never left the job site, and the only noise was work related. * Employees were courteous and were gracious in clearing and prepping work area...even removed a very large refrigerator and platform for removal. We are absolutely thrilled!  Excellent referral from a family member with a top notch initial visit and presentation, marketing package that was mailed to us from the professional office staff.  We went from a basement with non-functioning french drains that had to be vacuumed with a shop vac, cracks in our foundation floor & walls, "gurgling" foundation floor- from the amount of water underneath, a constant smell, and high humidity- along with the constand "dread" of what would be found everytime we entered the basement.  "Rain" brought another level of dread and several times we found flooding over the french drains and on the floor.  I gave up on our dream of finishing the basement and felt tied to its constant futile maintenance to try to prevent flooding.  Wilcox Basement Systems has given us a basement that is dry.  DRY- a simple word but one that I would never have used to describe our basement and one I thought I would never be able to use.  Water flows through the french drains and to the sump pump now.  We no longer hear a "gurgling" sound from under the floor.  We no longer have water coming through cracks.  The smell and humidity are gone.  I have peace of mind now regarding the basement and can't describe how wonderful that is after dealing with the old basement conditions.  We also purchased a SaniDry unit and it is amazing.  The basement is dry, the humidity is low, the air is filtered and flows through the house.  From the quality of work to the top notch professionalism and work ethic of the company, Wilcox Basement Systems is the only company that should be considered for basement repair.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
