I just wanted to tell you what an asset Mike Dorsino is to Wilcox Basement Systems.  It was a relief to be told that my house does not have the amount of problems that I'd imagined but instead of looking at the SaniDry unit and leaving as fast as he could (like most companies do), he looked thoroughly throughout the basement and along the outside of the house as well.  He made suggestions and explained what other factors could be contributing to the musty smell, even though he said it was barely noticeable to him.  Thanks to the SaniDry, I keep the basement humidity at 30% because I have asthma and thats why I was so concerned with a musty odor. Over the years I've recommended Wilcox Basement Systems, Inc. to friends and family and will also give you a great review/high scores on Angie's List and Yelp, etc.  The one thing that has always stood out was when Mike Dorsino first came to my house in 2007 he could have talked me into a basement system-and he didn't.  He said the basement was in good shape and gave me literature on the SaniDry, but no hard sell.  A few months later I ordered the unit from you.  No hard sell.....that's rare these days.

  Hi.  Now that winter and freezing temperatures have abated, I want to share this.  A "thank you" to Zak Wilcox for the fine work he did insulating the crawl space at my house.  I had no issues with water freezing in the pipes and that area was warmer all winter long.

We are very satisfied with the job.  The installation crew and office staff were very  pleasant and polite and the salesman was very thorough and understanding of our concerns.  After the heavy rain a couple weeks ago- we had no water in the basement.  It's so much brighter and we are very pleased with the work Wilcox Basement Systems did for us.  We are very happy we went with the wall covering.  We will certainly recommend you to anyone who may need your help!
