January 24th was the coldest day with temperatures below 0 degrees.  Your installation crew worked hard to ensure our comfort while they completed the project. With the flooding occurring now in March we are so thankful the job is done!

I am writing this letter for anyone who doubts what Wilcox Basement Systems, Inc says it can do! When we purchased our home in 2001, we were told that the basement never got wet or leaked.  By the end of that 1st summer, the entire basement floor was covered with water!  We just assumed it was from having such a wet summer.  It got worse during the fall and winter months and even worse with the spring thaw, we used shop vacs to suck up the water just hoping that this problem would just go away....unfortunately it didn't. We finally had no choice but to take a different route, especially since our upstairs walls were starting to have mold on them!  We started with new windows, thinking that maybe they were leaking, since they were very old.  When that didn't work we started looking through the Yellow Pages for an answer.  When we saw the ad for Wilcox we thought the guy "floating" in all the water resembled what we felt like in our own situation!  So without calling anyone else, we called them.  That was in the early spring of 2004.  Wilcox Basements started (in April 2004) on our basement and by the time they finished our basement was very, very dry! It is now January 28th, 2006 and our basement is still dry!  We have been very impressed...Since our basement has been done we have found that we had a terrible humidity problem.  Once again, we called on the great people of Wilcox and decided to purchase their SaniDry System.  Within 24 hours of use, the condensation built up on all of our windows had disappeared! Wilcox Basements has not only given us an awesome basement for us to add a great game room, family room, and laundry room, but they have also dried up our humidity problem and the problem with our mold is solved also! I would recommend anyone to use this company!  They are all wonderful people and they truly know what they are talking about!  

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the job that Wilcox Basement Systems, Inc. did in my formerly gross, damp, old, and moldy basement.  I am so pleased with the result. Though it will always be an old basement and never lovely and finished, the result of the waterproofing has been amazing.  The CleanSpace liner in my crawl space has made a former "dirt pit" into an even, clean, and dry storage area.  The Sani Dry air ststem has made my basement air into the dryest and cleanest air in my home.  I am so impressed that I am adding the BrightWall Panel system to be installed in a month.  My old basement is getting better and better!  Thank you!
