That was the case for this basement in Covington, KY, where built-up groundwater around the foundation led to cracks, leaks, and bowing walls. To address the problem, we installed our interior perimeter waterproofing system to relieve the water pressure, paired with our PowerBrace wall repair system to stabilize and gradually straighten the walls.

We installed our regular interior perimeter waterproofing system for this basement. Seen in the after picture is a TripleSafe sump pump equipped with an UltraSump 4 battery back up, fresh concrete poured over WaterGuard drains, and CleanSpace walls.

This part of the basement seen in the attached photos was wet and leaky before we cleaned it up. When we installed a full interior perimeter waterproofing system for this old foundation in Cincinnati, OH, we also wrapped all of the walls with our CleanSpace vapor barrier.
