In this Maineville home, a noticeable gap had formed between the baseboards and the floor on the first level—an early sign of sagging floor joists in the crawl space below. To correct the issue, we installed SmartJack® support posts, which are designed to lift and stabilize failing floor joists.

The results speak for themselves: the gap is gone, and the floors are level once again. Not only did this fix the cosmetic issue upstairs, but it also restored long-term structural support to the home.

We used our helical pier system to push this chimney back up against the home. Our piers are driven deep into load-bearing depths, allowing us to guarantee the structure will be stabilized. The result of this project was a happy homeowner who doesn't have to worry any longer.

Our CarbonArmor wall repair system is a very unique solution for foundation walls that have started to show a slight inflection inwards. For this basement in Morrow, OH, we started the installation process by lightly grinding the wall to make for a rough, clean surface for the glue. We then applied a layer of epoxy resin on the wall, which helped us adhere the carbon straps to the wall. We then applied a another layer of epoxy over the straps to ensure the carbon is secure to the wall. Then we secured the tops of the carbon straps to the rim joists with the ArmorLock system. The ArmorLocks are fused to each CarbonArmor strip, and are anchored to a heavy-duty steel bracket that’s lag-screwed to the rim joist. The CarbonArmor system is the perfect minimally invasive, high-strength solution for slightly bowed or cracked walls.
