Foundation Repair in Fort Thomas, Kentucky
This block wall foundation in Fort Thomas, KY, was pushing inward - and it was at a pretty severe stage of wall failure. We recommended that we install a wall repair system consisting of three of our PowerBraces in order to save the wall. These PowerBraces connect to the floor joists at the top will specialized brackets - which are designed to prevent floor joist movement. These brackets allow us to tighten the braces to straighten the wall out over time. You may also notice that we encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. We also waterproofed this space by wrapping perforated drains underneath the floor, laying our dimpled membrane matting underneath the CleanSpace floor, and installing a SuperSump sump pump, (not pictured). The homeowner was not only relieved from the worry of a caving wall, but they were also happy with the added benefit of a dry and clean space.
Foundation Repair Company in West Chester, Ohio
This basement wall in West Chester, OH, was bowing inward due to years of soil pressure from the outside. Cracks were forming, and the homeowners were concerned about long-term structural damage. We installed a system of CarbonArmor straps—high-strength carbon fiber reinforcement bonded directly to the foundation wall. This clean, non-invasive solution permanently stabilized the wall and gave the homeowners peace of mind without any major excavation.
Foundation Repair Company in Miamisburg, Ohio
In Miamisburg, OH, we lifted and leveled a front porch that had settled over time. Using our helical pier system, we were able to close the gap between the porch and the house and bring the slab back to level, restoring both safety and a smooth, stable surface for the homeowners.
Foundation Repair Company in Maineville, Ohio
In this Maineville home, a noticeable gap had formed between the baseboards and the floor on the first level—an early sign of sagging floor joists in the crawl space below. To correct the issue, we installed SmartJack® support posts in the crawl space, which are designed to lift and stabilize failing floor joists.
The results speak for themselves: the gap is gone, and the floors are level once again. Not only did this fix the cosmetic issue upstairs, but it also restored long-term structural support to the home.
Porch Pillar Lifting in Dayton, Ohio
This home in Dayton, OH, was going on the housing market, but the seller wanted to fix their sinking porch problem first. The seller had their project manager contact our Real Estate Specialist, Donny, to figure out a solution. Donny drew up a relatively simply plan - we would stabilize the sinking pillar with two helical piers, and then try and lift the pillar back up with our hydraulics. As you can see, we achieved a pretty good lift, and we were able to close the gap between the concrete pillar and the porch slab. We then covered the piers, (that are latched underneath the porch footer and reach deep into load-bearing strata) with soil, leaving the system completely concealed. Now the seller can sell the home for more - thanks to the lifetime-of-structure, free-transferable warranty for this pier system. Click here to read what the seller said about our crew.
