In this Maineville home, a noticeable gap had formed between the baseboards and the floor on the first level—an early sign of sagging floor joists in the crawl space below. To correct the issue, we installed SmartJack® support posts, which are designed to lift and stabilize failing floor joists.

The results speak for themselves: the gap is gone, and the floors are level once again. Not only did this fix the cosmetic issue upstairs, but it also restored long-term structural support to the home.

In order to stabilize this bowed in wall, we installed our PowerBrace system. Our PowerBraces aren't just your normal steel beams. They are designed to distribute the weight of the walls evenly all throughout the brace, which will prevent damage to the floor joists. They are also easily installed and adjustable, which allows us to straighten the wall out over time. They also look very clean, are very durable, and are coated in zinc which prevents rust.

The outside brick on this home was cracking in a stair-step pattern. This happens when a house settles because the first place to crack is the weakest point in the structure. In this case, the mortar between the brick was the weakest link, so it was the first sign to show. We stabilized the sinking foundation by lifting the house back with our helical pier system. This home had a horizontal crack in the foundation wall from settling issues. We used a helical pier system to stabilize and lift the foundation. If you look at the blue tape on the before picture, you can see the gap in the wall. In the after photo, you can see that the gap is gone.  

This home had the corner of their home splitting apart due to foundation settling. We installed helical piers underneath the sunken foundation in order to raise and level it back out.
