This home had basement walls that were shifting horizontally. We commonly fix these types of problems with PowerBraces, which can be seen here. These braces stop the wall from shifting, and from causing any further damage. 

This home had a basement ceiling that was caving in slowly but surely. Floor joists bend for many reasons like: moisture, excess weight above, age, poor materials, etc. We held up the ceilings floor joists by using SmartJacks, completely customizable piers that can be adjusted whenever needed. We also installed a BrightWall panels on the walls and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to combat the slight moisture issue.  

Here you see a severely cracked and bowing wall that is repaired by The Basement Doctor Cincinnati using wall bracing.  PowerBraces prevent further cracks and bowing and therefore preventing a leaky or flooded basement. 

This customer had a sinking crawlspace that was resulting in the floors to sag. We fixed this by supporting the main beam using SmartJacks. The SmartJacks are able to raise the beam back and can be adjusted in the future if future sagging occurs. 

This house was having foundation settlement issues around various areas that required various solutions. Pictured are our PowerBraces, which will stop the wall from caving in and shifting horizontally. Not pictured was PolyFoam leveling done to the porch area, which fixed some outdoor concrete from breaking down any further. We also installed helical piers to stop the foundation from shifting vertically as well.
