This poured foundation in Cleves, OH, was caving inwards, causing horizontal cracks to form. This foundation was also leaking due to massive amounts of hydrostatic pressure weighing in on the basement from outside the foundation in the expansive clay soil. We repaired this basement by waterproofing it with a sump pump, interior drainage tile, and a vapor barrier. We then stabilized the bowing walls with our PowerBrace system. The result is a stable, dry, fresh basement.

This home had a wall that had a long horizontal crack from a shifting foundation. We installed helical piers to close the crack back together, and to stop the foundation from shifting again. 

This home in Verona, KY, had a crack sprawling from the top corner of the door frame up to the roof. This crack was a sure sign of settling, and was cause for us to install our pier system. By underpinning the foundation with our helical pier system, we were able to stabilize and lift the footing of the home, helping close the crack. This sunroom had settled away from the rest of the home causing gaps, cracks, and other problems for the room. We stabilized this room by installing nine push piers around the perimeter of it. The push piers will ensure that this room stops settling. We installed three of the push piers on the left side of the room through the concrete patio. We then covered the patio with concrete, concealing the piers completely.
