In the after picture seen here, you can see two of our best products working in tandem to keep this basement dry. The white CleanSpace walls and our WaterGuard subfloor drains, (concealed beneath the fresh concrete) work together to drain water that may infiltrate from the floor and up above on the walls. In the "before" photo, you can see how this homeowner in Tipp City, Ohio, had resorted to stacking storage bins and belongings off the ground in a damp, unfinished corner of the basement. Water seepage had made the space unreliable for storage and unusable for anything more.

We solved the issue by installing our WaterGuard® subfloor drainage system, which now captures any incoming water before it can reach the basement floor. We also added a TripleSafe® sump pump, offering triple protection and a battery backup in case of power outages. To brighten the space and protect the walls, we finished it off with CleanSpace® wall panels, which direct wall moisture down into the WaterGuard system while giving the basement a clean, dry look.
