Before & After Photos

The driveway for this home was sinking into the ground and was causing problems for the owner whenever they pulled in and out of their garage. We were able to lift it with Polylevel and make the driveway a lot more smooth. 

In Loveland, Ohio, a homeowner reached out to us with concerns about their sunken and cracked concrete slab, which had become both unsightly and a tripping hazard. As seen in the "before" photo, this issue required an expert solution. To address the problem, we utilized the PolyLevel system to stabilize, lift, and level the slab with high-strength polyurethane foam. In the "after" photo, the smooth, even surface showcases the durability and reliability of our solution. We finished the job with NexusPro Joint Sealant to protect the area from further damage. The homeowner was very happy with the outcome. 

This front stoop in Maineville, Ohio had settled a few inches over time, creating visible gaps between the concrete slab and the two front porch pillars. You can see these gaps highlighted by the red circles in the before photo. Using our PolyLevel system, we carefully lifted and leveled the slab back into place, eliminating the separation completely. PolyLevel is lightweight, won’t shrink, and compacts the soil beneath the concrete for lasting stability. The process is fast, clean, and minimally invasive—leaving this entryway safe, level, and looking like new again.

Now, before we took the "before" picture for this photo set, we had already leveled out the concrete slabs that comprised of this back patio and adjacent sidewalk. We also had already sealed the joints and cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro caulk. However, the lifting and caulking process of our concrete repair proccess is not what we wanted to highlight for this specific project. Instead, we wanted to highlight our SealantPro penetrating concrete sealer, which is nothing like your everyday concrete sealant. Instead of a topical treatment, our SealantPro chemically bonds to the concrete on a molecular level, creating an internal shield that repels moistures, chemicals, and salt without changing the look of the concrete or making it slippery. It also first appears bright green, which helps our crew ensure they sprayed every square inch of the concrete surface. Later, the color will turn completely translucent. This SealantPro treatment will ensure this concrete stays safe from flaking, pitting, and discoloration for many years to come.

This sunken stoop in Milford, OH, needed to be raised for several reasons. First, the high step posed a potential tripping hazard. Additionally, the uneven stoop and sidewalk created an unsightly appearance. Raising the sidewalk also meant less dirt accumulation, reducing the need for frequent sweeping. Using our PolyLevel foam, we lifted and leveled both the stoop and the connecting sidewalk, then sealed the joints and gaps for a seamless finish.
