Concrete Sidewalk Repair in Union, Kentucky

Whenever the owner of this home had to take the sidewalk to reach their walk out basement, they would often lose balance. The sidewalk and stairs had tilted away from the home, leaving them unlevel. They tilted away from the home because the soil on the hillside had washed down and away from the home over time. In order to make the stairs and sidewalk level again, we injected our polyurethane foam under the side that sunk down. Through this process, we were able to level everything out and seal all the gaps. The homeowner can now travel down the stairs safely again.

Concrete Porch Repair in North Bend, OH

At a home in North Bend, Ohio, the front porch and the connected walkway had begun to separate and sink due to soil shifting underneath. Over time, this movement not only created an uneven surface but also posed a safety hazard for the homeowners and visitors. Our team used PolyLevel foam to carefully lift and stabilize both the porch and the sidewalk, restoring them to their original height and alignment. After the leveling process, we sealed all the joints and cracks to create a smooth, continuous surface that is both safe and visually appealing. The result is a front entrance that looks polished and solid, while protecting against future shifting and settling.

Concrete Driveway Lifting in North Bend, OH

We visited a home in North Bend, Ohio, overlooking Aston Oaks Golf Course, where the homeowners noticed their 3.5-year-old concrete driveway starting to sink by more than an inch. When the home addition was built, the builder had to run sewer lines and utilities under the new section of driveway, and that soil has since begun to settle. To restore the surface, we used our PolyLevel system to lift the sunken slabs back to their proper height and stabilize the underlying soil. Once the driveway was level again, we sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro to protect against future water intrusion and shifting. The finished result looks clean and even, giving this beautiful North Bend property a safe, smooth driveway that complements its view of the Aston Oaks Golf Course.

Concrete Step Repair in Burlington, Kentucky

The gap seen in the before picture between the 1st and 2nd step was an issue for this homeowner, and they wanted it fixed. You see, a gap like this usually means that there is some settling occurring under your concrete slabs. If the settling is too extreme and reaches a certain threshold, your slabs could crack from imbalanced support. The gap seen in the pictures can also invite rain water under your slabs, further accelerating the settling process.

We fixed all these problems by:

1. Leveling the slabs by raising parts with PolyLevel foam injections.

2. Sealing the gaps and cracks with our concrete sealant.
