From the quoting process to completion of work, our experience with The Basement Doctor was wonderful. They took the time to check what was really going on to make sure we were getting the right solution and walked us through exactly what would happen and why. The installation team - Mike Pritt, Bradley, and Brian - were quick and professional. Mike kept me updated on the progress and made sure I knew everything they were doing. They completed the work efficiently and were very polite, and answered any questions I had. Always on time, and always clean everything up and leave it as they found it. Both Corey C and Austin B did a great job sealing the cracks in our basement. Very professional and polite, ensured to give us a call with an ETA and once they arrived went over the plan and next steps. They were quick and efficient and will definitely be using the Basement Doctor again for any of our future waterproofing needs.
