Jon A. was the service contact who replaced my malfunctioning dehumidifier in my basement. He was prompt and swapped the units quickly. He also shared needed info on the new unit functionality.

Outstanding experience!  We heard nightmare stories from neighbors who had other companies do their basements.  We were thrilled with the crew who did ours.  There was no dirt filtering through the house.  The basement looks great and there is NO WATER in the basement!
