I especially liked how he invited me to watch and ask questions so that I knew what he was doing. It allowed me to learn about the process and feel more comfortable about having him in my home. The crews from the initial install to a follow-up visit have been what I expect from a professional company. Jon A. was the most recent to come to the house and took all the time needed to answer questions and show me again the system that has been installed.
