Simply put these guys are the BEST. I needed  to get the install done quickly due to a relocation with my company. Bobby and his team made special arrangements to make this happen. Andy came and made sure the installation was done correctly and even made a visit when the re-inspection happened from an outside company. That is SERVICE!!

Your company was actually recommended to me by another company.  I was glad to finally get the foundation corrected. The Foreman on this job was Shawn Wardlow.  He was very nice and did an excellent job overseeing the work.  I give you a 10 out of 10.   

Jon Asher provided excellent service. Looked for every option to keep the cost down. He offered advice on how to extend the life of the sump pumps. With employees like Jon, I highly recommend Basement Doctor.

Rusty, Brandon, and Austin did a fantastic job in installing a new sump pump system and replacing all the drain lines out in the yard in late August. They had a job finish early and asked if they could come out a month before my scheduled appointment. I'm very happy with the work they did. Friendly and professional crew.

Dear Mr. Miles, My computer skills prevent me from responding online.  Please accept this letter as a praise for the crew foreman TJ and his crew Devyn, Scott, and Austin.   The entire crew was polite and very neat in how they left our home at the end of their day's work. We have lived in our home over 50 years and your crew tops all other workmen/contractors that have worked for us over all of those years. The crew chief, TJ, was very knowledgeable about the services being provided, explained what would be done each day and when the job was done he fully explained what we should expect from the system that was installed.  All the crew worked hard but TJ set the example.  We would surely recommend that you keep him.  While I don't know your other crew leaders, I would not hesitate to give him a Service Award. Corey C and Austin B came out to place a gutter drainage line. They were very nice, professional, timely. This is our 1st time using this company, and it has been very positive. We are having them place a French drain in the summer as well. The crew were even patient with my very nosey 4 year old. :)

Randy had his yearly service check done by Logan H. Logan was very courteous and explained what he was doing, he was very thorough, took his time to explain everything, no rushing them through learning how to operate the system.  They were very pleased with Logan and his work.
