Project Manager Dave, was easy going, not pushy and confident in what he was selling.  Good experience!  Work crew was very efficient, in and out in less than two days.  They attempted to preserve grass even though it rained.  They were very informative when we met up with them about what they were doing and what they found. 

Can't say enough about the crew!  Very professional and nice.  They explained what they were doing when they were doing it and they were very respctful of our property.

The sales rep was forthright in his presentation. He knew that by budget only allowed for one immediate service. And he did not try to pressure me into something that I would have liked, but could not afford!

We decided to try Basement Drs. Our foundational problem was serious and extensive. Just when we thought it was bad, it got much worse. However, they were able to come up with a plan to correctly address all the issues (which were many). Donny DiPalma and Matt came up with a plan that worked. Both Patrick Weatherholt and Mike Pritt (overseeing both projects) were really good and attentive in their work. They both displayed great integrity. Will most definitely request both of them for any future work. Their work ethic was very impressive.

We had work done several years ago, so you had a good reputation from that.  I had done a lot of research on the internet to learn about the method used here.  Very good repair!  Thanks so much!
