Roger came out and did a great job diagnosing and explaining the issue I was having with my foundation. His was the most thorough explanation and the most reasonable solution to the three quotes I had shopped. Matt W showed up as scheduled and did a fantastic job. Matt was courteous, on time, and also extremely knowledgeable. Both employees were extremely personable and I would not hesitate to use them again. There was an unforeseen issue delaying the completion of my job, but I am confident everything will be handled as it has been so far.

Everyone was easy to work with, financing was available, and the salesperson was great to work with!    

Pat, Vito, and Korey did a fantastic job of stabilizing the foundation. They spent the time explaining the process and keep me informed as work progressed. Great job gentlemen!

I could have done without the problem itself, but the selection of your company to do the work was the best decision!  All individuals that I had contact with (R. Miles, M. Schaffer and others) WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MADE MY BASEMENT ISSUES EASIER TO DEAL WITH.  Though I hope that I don’t, if I ever have basement problems in the future, The Basement Doctor will be who I call!  Excellent Service!!!
