Dear Mr. Miles, I wanted to write a personal letter to commend the three young men that worked at our home recently.  Rusty Little, Dennis Johnson, and Dylan Davidson were a pleasure.  All three of them worked extremely hard to get the job done.  In addition to working hard, they were very considerate in doing the work.  They probably had to work harder to avoid tearing up tile and having to move things (water heater).  We are pleased that for the very first time in 20 years we had about 3 inches of rain and not a drop in our basement. I took the time to write this additional good review because these three young men deserve it and I would hope the company is doing whatever than can to retain these guys!  Thank you again and I will gladly recommend your company. The work was very good, the workers were professional and polite (I forget their names) they took my time to answer my questions, the final product looks fantastic and more modern and cleaner than I was thinking it would be, great job and thank you!!!

I was desperate as I didn't know what was going on, other than I had a leak and was afraid that my house was falling in!  Having said that, your company was very helpful and calming to me.  I would definitely recommend you to others.

So far everything is great with the basement!  The workers were very neat and cleaned up the area well.

Salesman was very courteous and explained details.  He worked with me on the things to be done.  Work crew supervisor was very detailed on what was going to be done.  Also, workers were very cordial and neat!

Cory and Adam installed 3 Flexi crack patches and the Power Braces to our southern basement wall. They did a great job and were very polite and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended.
