In Hamilton, Ontario, this home had sinking concrete all over the house – from the stairs, the driveway, and the side walkway. The homeowners were very concerned about the multiple spots for uneven concrete since they could trip on either one. A solution was needed, but they wanted to find the most permanent, cost-effective, and minimally invasive leveling process. 

After seeing our social media content and referrals, the homeowners knew they wanted to choose Canadian Concrete Leveling to fix their concrete troubles. After the initial inquiry, we were able to send our Project Manager, Matt Ruskin, to the home and draft up a quote. Our polyurethane injection method is the most inexpensive yet durable solution for concrete leveling, blowing the owners away. Matt quoted our PolyLevel® to be done at the lowest concrete points, especially at the front staircase. On a later day, our installation team, Kyle and JP, came to the home to begin leveling the concrete. Thankfully the work did not interrupt the daily foot traffic of their home, and since they worked in sections, they were hardly in the way. The work was done seamlessly, and the result shocked the owners since it looked like the concrete that was originally placed.

One of the four slabs started sinking, making a significant tripping hazard for people, a bump for cars driving in the driveway, and an area for pooling or ice to build up. Canadian Concrete Leveling was called, and Danny Dos Santos, our Project Manager, arrived to the home. Installation Specialist, Bill McKeown, arrived on a later day to inject the slab with our PolyLevel®. The injections will permanently lift the concrete and keep it at the same height. Bill performed the work with ease and left the homeowners happy that they do not have to worry about the driveway and its hazards anymore.

A couple in Milton, Ontario, had been dealing with sunken concrete for some time and had a few close calls of tripping over the broken slabs. For a customer in Caledon, Ontario, easy access was the last thing he thought about when going into his garage. Over the years, his patio had sunk in front of the garage entrance, causing water to pool. Luckily for him, Project Manager CJ Sharp was able to offer the perfect solution to make his garage easy to get to again. At first unfamiliar with our methods, we showed him how our products work to level concrete, and a date was set up for our team to repair the hazard. 

Foreman Bill McKeown used our PolyLevel® Injection System to lift the concrete and fill any voids beneath that may have formed over time. Our high-density polymer injections are environmentally friendly and less invasive than traditional methods. Bill also worked to ensure the concrete patio sloped away from the garage door, ensuring water would no longer pool there.

This family home in Binbrook, Ontario, had a new gazebo put in their backyard for family dinners and to entertain their guests in the summer. Unfortunately, not long after it was built, they discovered that the concrete below was sinking making the homeowners concerned for the gazebo’s stability.
