The person that helped me schedule my appointment was very nice. Casey gave a very good presentation. Very good job by the crew - they arrived on time and cleaned up nicely when they were finished with the job.

We actually had an excavation contractor bid also. Similar price but more disruption and NO warranty! The crew sent out was very courteous. They left little mess to begin with and thoroughly cleaned-no trace they were here! Very professional, knowledgeable and down to Earth!

Casey Moore gave an excellent presentation. He did not hurry us and gave us thorough information. He urged us to read all documents before signing. The crew was very nice, thorough and advised us we had 2 sewer leaks. We had them repaired.

My initial phone call was handled with courtesy and efficiency, and I was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. This carried over with the visit by Ryan who was early and prepared for the inspection. Ryan was thorough and accurate with his measurements and presentation. We went with TerraFirma because of his personality and the way he represented the company. Ryan had mentioned he couldn't guarantee being able to lift the foundation but they were able to get some lift and clost up some of the cracks in my wall. The value of our home has gone up and we were able to successfully sell our home!!

I saw TerraFirma on TV and called to schedule a free estimate appointment. The office staff was courteous and helpful. Ryan Thomas explained my problems very well to me. The crew arrived very early and worked till dark. It was a foggy 18 degree day and the only time they stopped working was for lunch. I was impressed! And they did a very good job cleaning up when they were finished.

I needed basically a total basement make over. The goal was to make it into a livable, usable room. In my opinion TerraFirma achieved that for us. Casey was a pro in all aspects. He drew up the perfect plan and are very happy with the results.

We were very worried about the install because we just had new flooring put in and it was really muddy, but the guy’s took care of everything. They were very professional, super clean and the foreman was on top of everything to make sure it went smooth. The experience exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier!

Older home in the north west with a basement is a recipe for flooding. We hadn't had to bad season in a while but every so often the water shows up. After budgeting for a few years we decided to turn our basement into a living space with a guest room. Casey was very helpful throughout the whole process. The reason we chose to go with TerraFirma for our basement project was because they were persistent, they were easy to get a hold of and always available. Not to mention their professionalism and efficiency. I'm very pleased with the work you all did and the experience I had working with you. Thank you again and again. 

We never used our basement for anything more than storage. Then we had kids and acquired five times the amount of things we had before. So we needed to do one of two things. Sell and buy a bigger home or create more usable, livable space. We didn't think things would turn out as amazing as they did. Ryan Thomas was our service technician. He knew his stuff!! He explained the science behind basement waterproofing, something that we would have never thought of as being so important to the long term health to our family and home. This is the best decision we have made with our home since buying it. Installation was a breeze and took about 3 days. We were so happy by the end of the project we BBQ'd for them on their last day. Patrick was wonderful. He was full of energy and very informative. At the moment we are saving to complete the project. Patrick was able to provide us with a solution that we felt would solve our home project the right way, the first time. When we proceed with the project, we are going to go through Patrick.
