Three continuous days of work to install our Bright Wall Finishing and basement waterproofing system. I have never encountered a more professional, hard working crew! They went out of their way to use windows as access in an effort to minimize disturbance to our home! They worked very hard and very fast. Making our basement livable has been the best home decisions we have made since, well, buying the house. We have doubled the size of our home and love spending time in our day basement now that is starting to get warm out. Casey really helped us realize the potential our house was capable of. It was time to take care of this project. The floors were starting to sag so much that I thought at any point I would fall right through. I contacted 3 different contractors. I've always had issues with my basement. The walls are falling off the side of the house, it is musky and stinky, and I have never had a real use for it other than storage. I called TerraFirma looking for a solution. The woman at the call center answered my call with courtesy, and she was able to get me an appointment that worked with my schedule. The System Design Specialist arrived on time and didn't waste any of it. He knocked and went right to work in the basement. Together we went over an accomplish list to make sure I was getting everything I wanted and not just being sold things I didn't care much for. This was the most impressive thing to me is that Casey actually listened and made sure I was the happiest customer I could be. Now, my basement problems are over. The call center was excellent. They answered my call with courtesy and efficiency. The System Design Specialist arrived at the appointment on time and gave a call the day prior to confirm the appointment. We were presented with multiple options to waterproof our leaky basement. We decided that a drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and a sump pump was the best option and the most cost effective. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and dedication to excellence that everyone took throughout the job. Our overall experience was positive and we are glad to have chosen TerraFirma.

I received great care from all your staff. The call center was able to find a relatively quick time for Casey Moore to come and examine my basement. He was very thorough with his presentation and gave a comprehensive look at the entire situation. We decided that a drainage system was the only thing that needed to be in place as I was not looking to transform my entire basement. The project was very non-invasive and the installation team was done and off the property in a matter of two days. We had a good overall experience working with TerraFirma. Everyone was a professional and knew exactly what they were doing. What I appreciated most was the communication between me and the project details. I was never out of the know and I felt in charge of the situation.

From the phone call setting up the appointment, to Casey coming out, to the production team taking care of business. So, we were very comfortable every step of the way. the second reason is that WE LOVE CASEY MOORE! This home is owned by my 95 year old grandmother and I wanted to make sure that we were taking care of problems the right way and the most efficient way. I first saw the online presentation when searching for sump pumps. The office staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Ryan Thomas gave an excellent presentation and was very hard working. I decided to have TerraFirma do the work needed because of the quality of the materials that they use and because of the various offering to ensure water control. When the crew came out to do the job, they arrived earlier than most other companies would have. Everyone on the crew were very nice and they were extremely good with the exterior cleanup.
