Casey came out for the free estimate and was very professional. I chose the company because of the work that has been done locally on a theatre down town and other large projects. 

The problem we had with our crawl space was a combination of things. Standing water, high humidity which probably caused mold to grow and dry rot. Cleanspace was presented to us by Casey. I've never heard of it before, but from how Casey spoke of it and presented the benefits, it seemed like the leading solution for crawl space repair. We feel that Casey seems to be well qualified and knowledgeable in the field and an asset to your company.  He earned our trust and business. Since having the Cleanspace installed we have had piece of mind our house isn't rotting away under our feet and that we have a cleaner, healthier home.

He took the time to call and tell me he would be late on the starting date and gave me an estimate of when he would arrive. Our experience with the call center Nina, our estimator Ryan and the installation crew Drew, we have nothing but high marks for them. They were all a treat to work with and very considerate to my needs and questions. The crawl space of our home is now encapsulated and we feel very comfortable with the health condition of the home, and the fact that I will hopefully never have to go down there again for any reason. They sealed off the vents, installed and dehumidifier and isolated the crawl space from any outside contact with the cleanspace liner. Everyone did great work.

Patrick provided exactly what I asked for. Everyone was knowledgeable and on top of their game. With any future jobs I have under my home, these are the guys I will be calling. A huge plus! The production team was hardly noticed. They were under the home all day and really only stopped when we had questions. We are much happier since having our crawl space encapsulated. TerraFirma came through and installed a new liner, dehumidifier and SUMP pump to eliminate standing water, reduce humidity to 40% and keep air clean and healthy that is circulating through my home. One thing I was worried about was that my vents were being covered. Casey had explained this is the reason for the unhealthy environment in the crawl space. Cold air flows in during the winter which increased my heating bill and flows out during the summer which increased my cooling bill. Now that everything is sealed off and dehumidified, I don't have to worry about huge fluctuation in utilities. I am very happy with the result of the completed work and clean up was more than satisfactory. Considering the entry access was inside the house and all the gravel had to be carried in by hand. They took extra care to not spill any of the rocks -- These guys did a fine job and in just one day!
