I want to give a big shout out to Colin, who came to do the annual inspection and service of my basement system.   A few months ago I had a fly outbreak and kept looking for a body somewhere in the basement, without success. A pest management service person discovered a dead raccoon under my patio deck, in a well next to a basement window that is never used as it is completely covered by the deck.  The pest management person did not offer to help me with the body--I didn’t really expect him to, but I know I wished it. I couldn’t bear to do it myself, and I couldn’t find anyone to do it for less than a couple hundred dollars.  My next door neighbor offered to be my buddy while I did it, which was nice of her, but I REALLY didn’t want to do it.  I'm 71 and feel that at this point in my life, there should be some perks to having lived this long.  Colin offered to remove it as he was early and had a bit of extra time.  He should get five gold stars and his name in banners.  Thank you, thank you, thank you, Colin.  And thank you, Terra Firma Foundations.  I’m very happy with the work you did here.

Drew and his crew did an excellent job installing the BrightWall system in my basement. He kept me informed, answered all my questions and finished the job on-time. I don't give high recommendations very often but considering how well the job was performed, TerraFirma, and Drew in particular, earned this rating. From the initial visit with the estimator, Deryl, to the finished product - great job!

We are currently doing our own independent research to make sure this is the best option for our house. I'm feel great about how Casey explained things to me, I just like to do a little of my own research on the side for piece of mind. I don't think many people understand the importance of below the home health to a house. We sure didn't. I had always focused on making things look better and more visually appealing but never got the root of the problems. Patrick Dunn gave us great information through and wonderful computer presentation about the science of encapsulating your crawl space and the benefits of doing so. We were so impressed. Patrick is a pro in the industry. I have nothing negative to say about everyone I came into contact with at TerraFirma. In my book, there is no such thing as a 10/10 but Casey came pretty close to it. I had received other bids for my project and some were 4x the amount that Casey has proposed and I still felt Casey and TerraFirma was the best option. His presentation was very thorough, explained to me exactly why I should not only go with their company but their PRODUCTS. Casey really believed in the products, that they were on the cutting edge of the industry's technology and that along with a nice warranty, this was THE BEST option for my crawl space to date. At the time of inspection we were looking to sell the home. Had a few inspectors come by and it was a general consensus that we needed to encapsulate the crawl space, or at least do something with it. Everyone we spoke with said the value of the home goes down 10% if the crawlspace is in bad shape. So we made the investment and took care of it. Ryan suggested we use Cleanspace to completely encapsulate the area, seal off the vents and install a dehumidifier. We did. Ryan was detail oriented and precise with everything through his presentation. The guys didn't leave any detail behind and was truly a master of his craft. We were able to increase the value of the house sand it showed once sold. We are happy we made the decision to work with TerraFirma.

Above all professionalism and punctuality were the main reasons we decided to proceed with TerraFirma. Pat Dunn was an idea representative for the company. He was obviously very well trained and was available to call and contact at any time. The project as a whole ran very smooth and we were pleased with the results in our crawl space. Since completion we have seen a decrease in utility bills and more consistency with our home's temperature. Not to mention getting this job completed before the rainy season gives us piece of mind.

I have recently seen ads for your business on television. Before that, when we were looking for a solution to our problem, we found you online.  Each time I communicated with a member of your staff in the office they were friendly, helpful and empathetic! We decided to go with your company because of the discussion of the details of the contract with your office staff and the written agreement that followed in the mail. It also meant a lot to me that Clint listened to my idea for a drain at the top of the wall instead of the vapor barrier that was suggested for the wall surface – and he agreed it was a good idea and then put it in our contract rather than the planned barrier! The crew arrived earlier than we thought every day. This was a bonus because I am a control freak. I needed lots of input and the foreman, Wes, was really understanding and helpful. The crew was amazing! Friendly, conversational and professional. The cleanup and return of our property to its original condition was VERY important to me. I was amazed at the way things were returned to better than before, especially after being horrified daily during the procedure! One day I came home and saw a drainpipe extending from the hill next to the driveway. The crew had to go through a flowerbed, move a rock border, go across the gravel driveway in front of the entrance to our yard, through another flowerbed and border, install the pipe, and then put it all back. I WALKED ALONG WHAT I THOUGHT MAY HAVE BEEN THE AREA THEY WORKED ON AND COULD NOT DETECT THAT THEY HAD EVER BEEN THERE. BEYOND AMAZING!! You may definitely use me as a reference! I can’t thank you enough or make enough positive comments about our experience with TerraFirma!
