Initially we had two things that were our major hold up for not getting the project done in previous years. The first was we are constantly out of town and finding a time where we could have someone come out with both of us present and then be there for the actual installation, forget about it. And second making sure our insurance covered it. Insurance was a quick call the we just put off making, finding the time was a sinch with TerraFirma because they are so accommodating to our schedule. Josh was courteous enough to stay in touch even with our hectic schedule and find time to come out even on a Saturday. I enjoyed one of the most rewarding business experiences I have had in a long time. Representatives Danny, Alex and Cam were very professional and cordial throughout the entire repair process. They were meticulous in their preparation and placement of protective barriers to preserve the cleanliness and integrity of our property and did everything they could to maintain that environment throughout the repair process. They were thorough in their cleanup of the entire area when they were finished and personable and friendly the entire time they were here. We contacted TerraFirma's call center for a free estimate. They were very courteous and helped me schedule a convenient appointment time. Josh showed up right on time. He even called the morning before to make sure everything was still scheduled. I'm glad he did, I might have forgotten. Josh did some tests outside and in the garage and showed me that my house had settled nearly 3 inches. I didn't know it was that serious. Never-the-less I was prepared to get this fixed immediately. Josh had the a very comprehensive plan that was going to fix the settling problem at all weak points. The price was fair and under my budget. By signing on the day of inspection I was able to take advantage of their preferred customer discount witch saved me some extra money on the project. I wouldn't have gone through with the project though if josh wasn't so knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for all your help. -Gail

I had a few initial objections to the price. Kevin was very good at working with me to make sure I was completely happy with every aspect of the project. Kevin explained very well the benefits and necessity of getting this project completed now. The long term benefits to the quality of my home and the value of my home are well worth the repair costs. I was most comfortable with TerraFirma's plan vs cost than the competition.  Foundation problem are not going to fix themselves, in fact, they only get worse and more expensive. Kevin was very helpful in making sure we were well informed and making the best decision. Kevin is an outstanding representative of your company and am very satisfied working with him and TerraFirma.
