We first heard about TerraFirma at the home show in Roseburg. We were totally impressed with everything about your company and every person we had contact with! Casey was very pleasant and very knowledgeable when explained what needed to be done to fix our home. The crew arrived on time and within 3-4 minutes of their arrival they were working. And they busted their butt all day. I've never saw such a hard working team before! And they were all so courteous. If I ever hear of anyone in need of foundation repair, you can bet I will be mentioning TerraFirma.

We are very pleased with Patrick and his presentation - we are NOT having the work done by anyone else and will be contacting Patrick in the near future to set up a time for the work to be done. I never rate anyone as a 10 - but Patrick, his presentation and the TerraFirma product and systems rates a 9+. It was a very comfortable experience.

I selected TerraFirma because they are very professional. The installation crew arrived on time and were very easy to talk to, also very courteous. When the alarm went off on my pump the response time was excellent!

We spotted your truck and phone number and decided to try you. As far as we can see we are very glad we did. You have a wonderful office staff. They were very helpful and their personalities are graded A+! Ryan Thomas was very polite and was willing to answer any questions we might have had. Your installation crew arrived on time and they were VERY courteous. They are also very hard working young men. If they were my sons, I'd be very proud of them. What else can we say? You're wonderful. We don't know as yet, but when we do hear of someone that needs your services we will definitely give them one of your cards, and of course, we will brag about you.

We were very pleased with the work that happened through TerraFirma. Patrick was very professional. We were very impressed with how he carried himself through the presentation, explanation and making sure we had all our concerns addressed and that we were comfortable with the entire project.  Being a local company I love the family feel that they give off. Patrick was informative. Did not try to sell us what we did not want. Informative, cooperative, helpful in understanding system and products available. I really had no issues that concerned me because he was great at explaining the actions for my specific repair. Very polite and helpful. My favorite part with working through Patrick is that everything he said was going to happen happened. Phone calls and arrivals were on time. Follow ups were punctual. I really have no complaints about the entire process. Make it free and I think I'm in love. 

Overall I was satisfied with TerraFirma. Patrick Dunn was our estimator and gave us a great idea of what needed to get done and for how much. We quickly discovered no other company could provide the same service for a better price. TeraFirma was the clear cut decision for us. Patrick was very knowledgeable in his industry and we were able to work with him. Not many contractors are open to customer suggestions. Patrick left our inspection having answered all of our questions and when the production guys showed up, they were able to get right to work with no hassle from us. 10/10 and I would recommend TerraFirma.

TerraFirma delivered on all fronts. Call center courtesy, estimation accuracy and production efficiency. We were comfortable with the company throughout the project, and this was a serious project so we were a stickler about every detail. There was a little offer for discount. For the size of the project and how much money we committed to the project it might have been nice to get a little more off the up front cost. but 5% isn't too bad at all. Overall I'm pleased with the work and wouldn't change how anything turned out.
