Our team provides comprehensive solutions designed to protect your crawl space and home from excess humidity, mold growth, and musty odors. Our skilled crew installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier to transform the dirt crawl space into a cleaner area. We also placed SilverGlo insulated panels throughout the crawl space area to make it more energy-efficient. Additionally, we installed a powerful SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate excess humidity and prevent mold growth and other damaging effects that a humid crawl space can cause. Our crew evaluated the space and decided it should be fully encapsulated. Drainage matting was laid down to assist with the flow of water out of the crawl space. A CleanSpace vapor barrier was placed along the walls, pillars, and floor of the crawl space. This vapor barrier not only creates a clean space, it also helps with conserving energy. 

After a period of heavy rain, this homeowner discovered more than just a large puddle around their home's foundation. Inside, the home's crawl space was completely flooded. Our crew quickly evaluated the situation and started encapsulating the crawl space. A drainage mat to mitigate the flow of water as well as a CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep the space clean. To remove the large amounts of standing water in the crawl space, parts on the older sump pump parts were replaced with new TripleSafe Sump Pump System parts to ensure the unit remains in working order. To combat mold and excess humidity, a Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier was installed, and SilverGlo insulated panels were placed along the walls to keep heat in and cold air out. Finally, the older crawl space door was replaced by an EverLast crawl space door kit.
