This customer in New Market, AL had mold and dampness in his crawl space which was causing the wood to rot. To mitigate the issue We cleaned up all the debris, added drainage matting to the floor, then added CleanSpace liner to the floors and walls to encapsulate the area. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to remove moisture from the area and finished the project with a brand-new Everlast crawl space door. Now with this project complete the customer will not have to worry about mold growing or the moisture rotting his floor joists and causing more damage to his home.

Customer called about standing water, mold, and moisture coming into the home from the crawl space. Our team removed the water from and leveled the earth beneath the home. We worked with the homeowner to incorporate their existing sump pump into the new CleanSpace system. The end result is a clean, moisture free, healthy environment.

This homeowner was issues with water pooling in their crawl space after every rain fall. The moisture was starting to cause big problems with mold. After our design specialist went out and spoke to the homeowner, they were able to come up with a plan. The homeowner decided for his peace of mind that he wanted to go with a complete encapsulation. This would make sure the water, and moisture would stay out for good and would also give him extra storage he did not think he could ever use. An encapsulation stops the flow over air between outside and inside the home, so you do not lose the cool air in the summer and insulates for the winter keeping your warm air in.
