This homeowner in Manchester, TN, decided they wanted to address their dirty, crowded crawl space, so they contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. After evaluating the space, our crew got to work removing debris. After the debris and old vapor barrier were removed, drainage matting was rolled out to help with the flow of water out of a crawl space. A CleanSpace vapor barrier was then wrapped along the walls, columns, and floor. This ensures the crawl space will remain free of excess moisture. For additional humidity control, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed in the crawl space. The dehumidifier will help maintain proper levels of moisture and prevent the growth of mold and wood rot. 

This crawl space had a bad moisture problem that led to weakened, moldy supporting beams. Our crew installed our SmartJack Stabilizers to lift the beams up and restore the floors above to their even level.
