A CleanSpace vapor barrier was laid out across the crawl space floor and along the walls and concrete pillars. The barrier works to make the crawl space a more sterile space. SilverGlo insulated panels were placed on the walls to resist heat, as well as TerraBlock insulation to act as an additional water barrier. To prevent moisture from building up inside the now encapsulated space, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed. Starting out, our crew removed debris littered about the space before laying down our CleanSpace vapor barrier. After the space was fully covered, work began to install a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This powerful piece of equipment keeps the crawl space free of moisture and mold. Finally, SilverGlo insulated panels were installed to improve energy efficiency, as well as a new crawl space door to prevent pests and debris from finding their way in.
