This commercial customer in Nashville, TN had an apartment complex with units showing floor sagging, cracks in the interior walls, and moisture in the crawl space. After addressing the structural issues causing cracks and floor sagging we came in to do the waterproofing of the crawl space. We installed Drainage matting on the floors, CleanSpace on the floors and walls, a TripleSafe Sump Pump system, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now the moisture issues are resolved, and no more sagging floors.
