A customer in Murfreesboro, TN, had cracked and crumbling foundation walls. We installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors to fix this issue using a 5 ft channel wall support and small earth anchor. Spacing the wall anchors 4" off the corner and no more than 6 feet apart, with a total of 11 installed for stabilization of his poured concrete walls.

We were able to come in and install smart SmartJacks inside the crawl space and multiple push piers on the exterior of the home to level and support the foundation, correcting the issue and preventing any further settlement.
