We decided to implement the installation of SmartJacks, which serve to provide support to the floors from beneath. The owner of this Orlinda, TN home was concerned with the prolonged stability of their home's floor joists. Looking at the floors from inside the crawlspace, we noticed the water damage that was affecting the home's cinderblock supports. As a solution, we installed SmartJacks supports in tandem with the cinderblock supports. Unlike the existing supports, the SmartJacks can be easily adjusted to offer continued support as the home continues to naturally settle.
