This Tennessee family had a mess of problems that stemmed from having a leaky crawl space. 
Because of the excessive amount of moisture in their space, it caused mold. The mold left a lingering musty smell in the living quarters.
The moisture had caused mold to grow on their wood beams as well, which weakened them and created soft spots and uneven floor boards! They also complained of cold floors during the winter, but no worries. After they met with our inspector he ensured them he had a lasting solution for them! 

Our inspector told them all about our encapsulation process, from why it's necessary, like fixing all of their current problems, to added bonuses like saving money on energy costs and keeping critters out of the space. To help with the weakened wood beams that could no longer hold the weight of the home, he suggested our amazing SmartJack stabilizers.

They now have a dry and healthy crawl space that won't cause them any more problems or worries! 

The owners of this Brentwood, TN home was concerned with the stability of her home's floor and her sagging crawlspace. We installed SmartJacks in the home's crawlspace to lift the sagging joists and add support to floors above. This is a long-term solution the problems that the home was facing.

The front steps of this Brentwood, TN home were sinking into the unstable soil below. The homeowner had noticed that the crack that had formed between steps had gotten significantly worse over time. The homeowner called us to complete a free estimate and solve the problem they were experiencing with their steps. We installed helical piers under the home's front steps to offer support where the soil could not. This will lift the steps and prevent further cracking and separation as time goes on.

This client had foundation settlement issues at her home in Brentwood, TN.  We installed Push Piers to support the foundation and fix the settlement issues. In many scenarios, push piers stop settlement and lift the foundation back to its original position, closing cracks and improving window and door operation. 

This customer had cracked and bowing walls. To fix the issue, we installed PowerBraces using a 10 ft brace and a PowerBrace Concrete Angle Bracket (for attaching PowerBraces to overhead concrete decks, porches, etc.) in place of the Telescoping Bridge Bracket to stabilize the basement wall permanently.
