I hired Master Services based on their good presentation and their over-all warranty. My installation crew was efficient and dependable, and they did a great job cleaning up when they finished. I am very pleased with the job.

We hired Master Services for two reasons. (1) Other folks wouldn't talk to us since water was coming through the door. (2) We wanted someone who specialized in this field, not just someone who "does that too." Our inspector did a great job, and the info on the PC was very helpful. Our installation crew went above and beyond what most contractors do as far as cleanup, professionalism, flexibility, etc. I wish everyone was as conscientious as they were!

Master Services has a very professional team. Master Services's idea of how to fix the problem made much more sense that other companies' that I had inspect my basement. Jake, the inspector that was sent to my home, was very thorough in explaining the process of what could, and ultimately was done. The installation crew worked so hard yet got the job done so quickly! My grandfather used to own a construction company and he said that he would steal your workers in a heartbeat! Again, they are all nice, professional and time effective. Master Services does a great job!

Master Services has excellent ratings on Angie's List, they're professional, and they responded to my requests in a very timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with the job they did in my crawlspace. I loved my installation crew - Cole was terrific, and the whole crew was very professional! I was concerned as to the amount of dust and sound of the work, however, the cleanup was very good!
