The crew and inspector were great, professional and courteous. Nick (inspector) was a professional rep in explaining the Master Services system. He spent over 3 hours on a Saturday with us, unreal!!!! They were from the initial call to the end product professionalism in their punctuality and quality of work. Master Services solved all my crawlspace issues! They are definitely the best!

Bobby Ewing came to my home, evaluated my crawlspace and was nice and answered my questions and the price was better than another quote I had received from another company. I was hesitant to have my water problem fixed in my crawlspace. I had been giving an estimate that seemed extremely high! So I decided to try another company which was Master Services. I’d seen advertised in our local paper! Beginning with a phone call in which the young lady was courteous, then the evaluation by a very professional man, then a great job completed by Matt, Nick and Chago!!! Glad I made the right decision to choose Master Services! What a great Staff!!!

I hired Master Services because they were in the right place at the right time, and John was a great inspector. My installation crew was pleasant, knowledgable, and efficient. I wish they were my family and they lived next door! If my basement waterproofing system works as well as they did, I wil be MORE than pleased!

I hired Master Services because of the overall process of encapsulating the crawlspace area and keeping the ground covered, and also because other companies estimated a sump pump and drain, which I did not need. Master Services had a better way of fixing my issue, which was to seal off the floor, walls, supports from the ground, rather than using fans, drains and attemps to dry naturally damp ground. I am very satisfied!
