Baird Foundation Repair visited a home on the far west side of San Antonio. The homeowner was experiencing a number of foundation problems before they reached out to Baird for a permanent fix.

Baird Foundation Repair visited a home off North St. Marys St. to fix a very bad foundation. Mrs. Toro said no one would even look at it. At Baird Foundation Repair no job is too big for us, we are happy to take on the challenge and provided a permanent fix.

Baird Foundation Repair went to visit a home on the North East side of San Antonio.  Elia (home owner) was experiencing some shifting on the back side of her house. Her patio post where leaning causing problems for her roof and she experienced sticking doors. After we were finished with her home, those problems were immediately solved.

Our customer noticed her house was slowly moving away from the chimney and causing a lot more damage than expected. She called Baird Foundation Repair after being referred to by other local businesses. We are extremely proud that we could exceed our customer's expectations

Our customer was having issues with his two-story Victorian style home located in downtown San Antonio. With years of construction work around his house, he was very happy to have Baird Foundation Repair fix all the issues with the leveling of his foundation. Our System Design Specialist, Project Manager, and Lead Foreman made sure to walk our customer through the whole process to ensure everything was done correctly.

Baird Foundation Repair visited a home in the Universal City area of San Antonio. Mrs. K's driveway, patio and pool deck began to sink, causing tripping hazards. Baird Foundation Repair came in and lifted her concrete slabs to make it safe for her and her husband to enjoy their outside spaces with a peace of mind.

Hello RustyJust wanted to thank you for having Juan Dimatteo and his crew on our project. I enjoyed working with Juan and he showed up every day at the jobsite in a good mood and ready to roll. He and his crew were timely with the work and seeing it through to completion. One of my pet peeves is keeping a jobsite cleaned up and I never mentioned it to him as he was always on top of it. Take care of him. He's a good man and the next time we need foundation repairs I will request him. 

Juan DiMatteo and his crew were great and they went out of their way to make sure I understood what they were doing all the time. Production Manager, Rusty Fischer was nice to come by and make sure everything was okay. These are very sweet and friendly guys; they went well beyond what I thought they would do. Baird is a great company and I reccomend them to anyone that asks! You guys ROCK! 5 Stars!

I used google to read reviews on foundation companies. I called several companies. Baird was not the first company I called. Our experience with Baird started with a visit from Brain, who did an inspection, and listened to our concerns about the foundation. Before Brain left he was able to give us a plan and price.  My wife and I were left in shock at the price. Several weeks went by and we had other companies come out. Brain kept in touch, always in an informative way, not in a sales pitch way.  It turned out all companies were recommending the same plan, but the other companies were going to use a different system. Baird was not the cheapest, as I signed the contract, I was still worried that maybe I was making a mistake. I decided that instead of missing work for the full job, I would take the first day off and my father in law would be there for the remainder of the job.  I was told there was no need for me to take off work; the foreman could meet with me after hours. I met the foremen, Diego after my workday.  After meeting Diego, I felt more at ease with my decision to use Baird. Diego explained what was going to happen, and why their system was better. You could feel that he was proud of this company and of his crew. My father in law opened the house for day two, half way through the day he called and I knew something was wrong.  I was incorrect, my father in law was calling to say how wonderful the men were, so professional, hardworking and considerate of our home and of him    Getting around the yard and house with a cane was difficult.  The crew helped him get around, explaining what they were doing and kept him updated on the progress.  My father in law enjoyed his time with the crew; he was even presented a Baird cap. I visited the site one day during my lunch hour and was impressed by the crew; everyone was friendly and informative on what they were doing. Everyone talked with me about how long they had worked with Baird and why it was a good company. I may be old fashion, but the crew was always polite, never heard a bad word, never saw any poor work attitude, One morning, I tried to take the trash out and several of them jumped up and finished taking it to the curb. How does a company find this type of employee? I was present on lift day, and It was quite an experience.  Diego informed me that he would be lifting slow, and in sections to protect the home.  He had me stay close, showing me what they were doing. Diego had me look at brick lines, and told me to stand here, or bend down her and look at this. In the hours that the crew worked, they lifted the house 4 and ½ inches. At the end of the lift an engineer showed up to inspected the job. Next was clean up, my yard came out looking good. The crew sweep and mopped inside.  On Saturday Diego called to make sure my wife and I were happy and if we had any concerns that he could address.  The only issue was  the mailbox was placed a little lower than original.  Diego said they would come out at our convenience and place it at the height we would like.  I’m not use to a company doing work after they have received payment. Throughout the process I felt like my family and the Baird crew had bonded. Rusty came by a few times and made sure we were pleased with the job. The owner even called  to make sure I was happy with the work. If you’re looking for a recommendation, I can say I was very pleased with the work Baird did and I will recommend them to my friends.

Sheri had noticed some problems with the kitchen and dining room floors. At first, she noticed the floors starting to bow, then they become bouncy. After she reached out to us, we sent her our System Design Specialist, Brian Holt. Brian went out to her home and did a free inspection. At that time he presented her with a solution for fixing the home. We sent our foremen Juan and his crew out to take care of the foundation repair needs. She expressed how much she liked the crew by saying how respectful, communitive and helpful they were. She also said Juan was an outstanding foreman and she really liked how he worked alongside his crew members. Sheri also had her Crawl Space worked on and added in a Dehumidifier. Right away she noticed her Crawl Space door opens and closes correctly now. She also noticed the floors beginning to become less bouncy and she feels confident that the problem will go away completely once the wood dries fully.

I want to thank Baird Foundation for the good work they did. I especially want to thank Manual’s crew for the good work they did. They started at the worst time of the year because of the rain and every week they come by and either pumped water out of the ditch or checked if it was dry underneath the house. As soon as it dried out, they went to work and finished the job. I would highly recommend Baird Foundation to anyone else needing foundation repairs. I wanted to commend John and his crew for the great quality work they did while at my house. I expressed concerns about letting my dogs out the backyard, and how they would dismantle my enclosed patio so it could be put back together. Well, they did great there and made my front rock bed look like they were never there. These men that represent Baird make your company look great.

Dear Mr. Chaney:   Too often companies get sent and commendations get filed in the future folder. My wife Carolyn and I want to thank you for the work your crew did in our crawl-space, replacing eight water-damaged floor joists and over forty feet of 2 x 4 toe-plate last month.    The work crew included Gabriel, Hector, and Israel led by their chief, Jesus. They arrived as scheduled and worked diligently to finish in two days.
