Thank you thank you for the great work these men did leveling my residence. I know this letter had been a long time coming. I hope these men are still with Baird so they will know their work is appreciated. After these men completed their work I was able to complete the remodel of an unfinished bathroom. Prior to these team members leveling my home, the floors were unleveled with large gaps of the floor and walls, their work restored all these issues and I was able to finish the work I started. Thank very much for the great work. I know when I signed the contract this company would send a crew of men to my home that I could trust and depend on to do the work I needed to be done. This is the second time I have used Baird Foundation Repair for leveling. I would never consider using any other foundation company. These men cleaned their work area every day as they moved around the house. If I asked questions about how or what they were doing all of the crew members were courteous to answer all questions.

The workmen, Josh and Deryl, arrived a few minutes early, introduced themselves, looked at the project, explained what they were going to do and got to work.  They worked hard and didn't waste time.  These steps were wedged between the sprinkler system in flower beds on both sides. They were careful not to damage the pipes or the sprinkler heads. Apparently, when the steps were originally built, the upper steps and the lower landing were poured at angles opposite to each other.  However, these guys did a great job finding a good balance between the two.  To stabilize the steps, holes were drilled and "polylevel" pumped in.  To finish the job, the guys patched the holes, cut off the overflow of the "polylevel" after it hardened, sealed and caulked the seam between the steps and the foundation,  and cleaned up everything else.  I can't even imagine a better job.  To top it off, Josh and Deryl were the nicest people to work with.  Ben the salesman did a great job explaining everything and Monica, the office manager did a great job with scheduling and keeping me informed.  Josh, Deryl, Ben and Monica were all very prompt, reliable, professional and friendly.  What a great group to work with!!!  I wish all companies were run like this!

I wanted you to know how pleased I was with the work done by Josh on my retaining wall and steps. As you may recall, we had a significant problem with the steps & parts of the driveway resulting from shifts after the piers had been installed. After the piers had been put in the stairs had shifted drastically both pulling away and sloping from where they had originally  been.    Josh's amazing  work corrected the  issues with the steps so they are now level again. He patched the area between the top of the steps and the driveway that had also sunk & pulled away Finally his work with the poly allowed the driveway pieces that had cracked during the pier work to be "put back together " again, pushing up on some segments so the drive way pieces all fit back together.   I do want to highly commend Josh for his skill, knowledge,  & professionalism. His work for Baird turned this very unhappy customer into a satisfied one. Take good care of him!
