In Tell, TX, a homeowner faced a sagging floor between the living room and kitchen, especially noticeable in the one-inch low spot. As you can see in this photo, the decline caused structural concerns. To resolve this, we expertly installed our SmartJack® system. Our solution restored the home’s structural integrity and reduced floor bounce for a safe and level living space.

This customers garage was settling and we used our patented system to lift and stabilize it back into place. 

This homeowner was looking to improve her basement so it could be a comfortable space to have a game room.

We installed WaterGuard, Super SumpPump and a SaniDry (not pictured) to completely waterproof her basement.

Next our team installed a waterproof carpet and BrightWall (pictured) along the wall to give her basement the finished look she was looking for.

This homeowner was concerned and tired of the "earthy" smell coming from her crawlspace and getting into her home. 

We used our patented product, CleanSpace, to seal off the crawlspace and reduce moisture, mold, and dust. 

Now her home smells fresher and is more energy efficient.
