This commercial boiler room in Friona was due for a boiler replacement. However, the concrete slab supporting the existing boiler had several voids beneath it that would be a major risk during the installation process. After contacting Legacy Supportworks, our team used a PolyLevel injection to fill the voids and stabilize the area. The slab is now stabilized and will not sink or move when the new boiler is being installed. 

In Andrews, TX, a homeowner faced significant issues: huge cracks and unlevel concrete visible in the “before” photo of their patio. Entrusting Legacy Supportworks with these challenges, we utilized our expertise in concrete leveling and crack repair. Our PolyLevel system, through precise application, successfully stabilized, lifted, and leveled the slabs using high-strength polyurethane foam. To secure long-term reliability, the NexusPro joint sealant was applied to prevent water infiltration and future cracking, well demonstrated in the “after” photo. This Bushland sidewalk was sinking due to shifting soils and holding water. The water was staining the concrete and the homeowner's guests had to walk through water to get to the front door. 

Legacy Supportworks was able to lift the sidewalk back to level within a few hours. Now water drains away from the surface of the sidewalk and the homeowner is happy with their level and attractive sidewalk!
