The foyer and front door of this home was sinking. It had caused the baseboards of the

adjoining sunken living room to pull apart. 

Our crew used our patented galvanized steel slab piers and lifted the foyer back into

place with a minimally invasive procedure. 

This home had crawlspace beams that were cracking and lacked stabilization. 

Years of shimming had only been a "band-aid" fix and this customer was looking for a

permanent solution.

Our crew installed steel beams and steel smartjacks on engineered fill.

The result was a permanently stabilized floor!

This customers garage was settling and we used our patented system to lift and stabilize it back into place. 

This homeowner was looking to improve her basement so it could be a comfortable space to have a game room.

We installed WaterGuard, Super SumpPump and a SaniDry (not pictured) to completely waterproof her basement.

Next our team installed a waterproof carpet and BrightWall (pictured) along the wall to give her basement the finished look she was looking for.
