This home in Frederick,MD was experiencing water intrusion in the basement.  The homeowners made the right choice by calling Fortress Foundation Solutions, to get the job done right! Our System Designer, Dave went out to this home to provide a free estimate. Dave saw first hand the water coming into the basement. His solution to this issue was to install our WaterGuard system along with our Super Sump Sump pump. This system ensures no water intrusion for years to come.

This basement in Poolesville had water seeping up through the foundation when it rained. The old sump pump stopped working and the basement was having flooding issues once again. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this problem. After assessing the home, Fortress determined that a full-perimeter WaterGuard, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier were the best solution. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the basement. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet basement!

Bad odors from stagnant water would wander out of the open pump pit into the basement as well. She met with System Designer Paul Heckman, who completed an inspection and offered a same-day proposal. Ready for a permanent solution, Leigh agreed. Clarence Copeland 'Cope' and his crew installed a WaterGuard drainage system so all water entering the home flows to the Triple Safe sump pump. The Triple Safe sump pump has a closed lid so moisture and bad odors aren't released from the sump pump. Now Leigh has the dry and odor free basement she always wanted!
