This basement is partially finished but being used as a rec room and office. Water was coming from many places. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain system, CleanSpace wall, TripleSafe sump pump and battery backup with external discharge.

Timothy S. and his wife had a soaked basement carpet. Investigating the source, they found a crack in the basement wall and decided to call Fortress Foundation Solutions. System Designer Kurtis Toppert came out for a free estimate and recommended a FlexiSpan. Wanting to save their finished basement area, they agreed. Nick Mori was able to come out soon after and install the FlexiSpan in a couple of hours. This sealant is flexible, will never dry or crack and ensures a waterproof seal. Now Timothy and his wife are enjoying their basement space again without worry of water!

This finished basement needed waterproofing after a flooding incident. The flooring and an old sump pump was removed. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter WaterGuard Drainage System, Triple Safe Sump Pump System with external discharge, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. The basement of this home in Brunswick was wet and really needed our help! 

Our System Designer, Curt Withrow, went out to assess the home and determined that the best solution for this home would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump Sump Pump. 

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this basement will stay dry all year long!
