Basement water problems can lead to mold and mildew as well as further property damage. After being provided with a free estimate, this homeowner was ready to prevent any of those problems! Fortress Foundation Solutions installed our WaterGuard floor drainage system, as well as, the TripleSafe sump pump to keep any water from coming into the home.  Finally, to keep the basement dry, the SaniDry Sedona was installed maintaining low humidity.

This Great Falls, VA homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions after cracks in the basement walls and water coming in the cracks became unmanageable. He was unable to use his basement for storage as the items became moldy. Our system designer recommended a basement water proofing system. Eager to reclaim the space, the homeowner proceeded. Soon a water proofing crew was onsite installing WaterGuard drainage, a Triple Safe Sump Pump and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the walls. The CleanSpace is antimicrobial and directs all water seeping through the walls down into the WaterGuard. It is then drained to the sump pump and pumped out of the home. Now this Great Falls, VA basement is dry and the space usable again!

A customer was experiencing water entering the basement and water vapor/humidity issues.
