In the before photo, you'll notice how the unlevel patio in Marshall, VA was a concern for the homeowner. At Fortress Foundation Solutions, we recognized the need to restore both function and safety. Using our advanced solutions, we applied PolyLevel® to effectively stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs. To further enhance the longevity of the job, NexusPro® Joint Sealant was applied to seal cracks and prevent future damage. As you can see in the after photo, the patio is now level and stable. Homeowners in Marshall, VA, were experiencing significant settling around their concrete pool deck, creating a major safety concern. Once the slab was restored, they sealed the remaining cracks with NexusPro® joint sealant to help prevent future water intrusion and soil washout.
