Homeowners in Charlottesville, Virginia called our Fortress Team to get some help with their concrete patio. System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out to the property and saw how half of the patio had cracked and sunken down about three inches. Our Fortress Team handles concrete repairs like this on a daily basis. Jamey sent our Foreman, Mickey Knight, and Co-Foreman, Dom Wells to inject our Poly Level Foam into the patio to lift and level the concrete back to its original place. 

This home in Charlottesville had a sidewalk that was sinking and settling, becoming a tripping hazard.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. 

This front porch in Charlottesville, VA was cracked and uneven from house settlement. Fortress solved this issue by using the PolyLevel Injection method to level this front porch.

The steps at this home in Ruckersville, Virginia were sinking and separating from the porch. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection System to lift the steps up to their original position.

This homeowner runs an AirB&B out of her basement and needed to ensure her pool did not present a trip hazard to the customers that came to her home to stay. Our team leveled out the concrete pads surrounding the pool and replaced an existing drain that wasn't working correctly with our Trench drain system to keep the water away from the home.
